I’ve been using Navicosoft’s China VPS hosting for a while now, and overall my experience has been pretty good. The setup was straightforward, and I like that it comes with full root access and SSD storage, which makes performance feel smooth for my needs. Their support team is also responsive whenever I’ve had questions.

I haven't been able to get into my email for the last couple of days due to a hardware issue. A trustworthy company would definitely have some sort of backup plan for situations like this. When I attempted to reach out via chat, it informed me that my main email wasn't recognized.

"Happy Customer"
We've been with Navicosoft for two years without a hitch. But after moving to a new server, a few problems popped up. I'm happy to report that they were handled quickly and with great commitment. A huge shoutout to Dany and the rest of the Navicosoft support team. Fingers crossed that the service stays just as good in the future. I'm giving them five stars!

They took money from my bank account without giving me a heads up, and when I requested a refund, they refused to return my cash even though I only used their service for a single day. I wouldn't suggest anyone to engage with this company.

"Navicosoft: A Terrible Experience"
Navicosoft is a really bad company. They won't issue refunds, and they purchase servers for 12 bucks but sell 'em for 118. It's the worst kind of looting operation out there.
